2. Purpose These terms and conditions govern the sale of jewelry products on the website lucvento.com between the company Lucvento and any person wishing to make a purchase.

3. Products Lucvento offers premium jewelry (rings, chains, bracelets). Each item is accompanied by a detailed description. While photos are as accurate as possible, they are for illustrative purposes and are non-contractual.

4. Pricing Prices are indicated in Euros (€) including all taxes (TTC). Lucvento reserves the right to modify prices at any time; however, products will be billed based on the rate in effect at the time the order is validated.

5. Orders Validating an order implies unreserved acceptance of these terms. A confirmation email will be sent after the payment is successfully processed.

6. Payment Payments are secure and processed via Stripe, PayPal, or credit card. Lucvento does not store any banking information.

7. Shipping & Delivery Orders are typically dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. A tracking number is provided upon shipment. We offer Free Worldwide Shipping. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on the destination.

8. Right of Withdrawal & Returns In accordance with international consumer laws, you have 14 days after receiving your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. Returns must be sent in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part. Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
